NATURAL THERAPIES FOR YOU AND YOUR DOG
ROOTED IN NATURE, GUIDED BY NURTURE
With life becoming more and more hectic and costs of health care rising, protecting our wellbeing, and that of our dog’s, has never mattered more.
We help dogs and their humans feel calmer, more connected, and more confident through nature-based therapy and gentle sensory practices that focus on physical and emotional wellbeing and help you and your dog to heal, support balance and nurture deeper companionship.
So whether your dog has physical challenges such as injury, pain or digestive issues, or behavioural issues such as reactivity or anxiety, or maybe you both just freeze with fear at the approach of another dog, our services could be just the thing to help you both!
WE WORK THROUGH THREE CORE PRACTICES:
1. GUIDED BOTANICAL SELF-SELECTION
Guided self-selection sessions where your dog explores natural extracts and remedies, such as herbs, and essential oils, to support their emotional and physical wellbeing, while you learn how to safely support them at home. This practice is called Zoopharmacognosy.
2. NATURE CONNECTION
Sensory, playful exercises based around Forest Therapy, designed to help you slow down, promote curiosity, and bring you and your dog back into balance with the world around you.
3. CONSENT LED BODYWORK
Using gentle sensory exercises such as massage and somatic support, we can help your dog recover from the stresses and strains of injury or activity and help them self-regulate their systems to remain happy and healthy.
